At Automated Digital Technologies we do our best to meet our customers' product service and support needs. If you have questions concerning the operation of equipment you have purchased from our company, please contact Jason Cohenour during our normal business hours at:

Warranty

If you have purchased wiring or cabling from us and believe that you have discovered a defect in workmanship, please have your network administrator verify that your computer and network hardware is functioning properly. Keep in mind that all of our cables have passed a rigorous testing regimen after installation and should not fail to provide you with the performance they are rated for.

If we find a defect in workmanship, we will repair / correct the problem at our expense, with no cost to you.

Our cabling is not warranted against damage resulting from nature, acts of God, accidents, or cutting / splicing by an unauthorized party.

However, should our cable prove, after testing, to be 100% operational and the problem to actually reside within your network (outside of the scope of our wiring), we will provide consulting / diagnosis and bill you for the service call and appropriate services delivered.

Guarantee

Automated Digital Technologies will make available equivalent replacement parts for any product sold to the state for at least 3 years after the product is discontinued.
